Third Newell not Third Weld

Owing to a misunderstanding between the University crew management and the CRIMSON, it was announced yesterday morning that the third Weld crew had beaten the third Newell in the graded crew races. The contrary was the fact, however, the Newell crew having beaten Weld by four feet.

The third Newell rowed as follows: Stroke, B. Newton '14; 7, S. S. Hall, Jr., '15; 6, T. J. D. Fuller '15; 5, R. R. Ayres '15; 4, F. J. Callanan '14; 3, L. F. Hooper '15; 2, A. W. Bell '14; bow, W. A. Perrins '14; cox., M. F. Gates '15.
