The second University crew will compete in the ninth annual Henley Regatta of the American Rowing Association for the Stewards Challenge Cup over a one mile and 550 yards course on the Schuyl-kill River near Philadelphia this afternoon. The other crews in the race will be crews of Cornell, the University of Pennsylvania and Yale, of which Cornell is the favorite. The order of the second University crew will be as follows: stroke, Waite; 7, Morgan; 6, Meyer; 5, Anderson; 4, Smith; 3, G. C. Cutler; 2, Eager; bow, Wiggins; cox., Voorhees.
