Fall track work is primarily of value in discovering and developing new material. As the best results from such work can only be secured by the expenditure of a large amount of attention on individual men, Coach Quinn is now prepared to work with all men who can be at the field between 10 and 12.30 o'clock. This is entirely in addition to the regular afternoon practice, but as many men as are able are urged to report at this time in order to give Coach Quinn more chance to train the men individually.
More Freshmen Wanted.
There has been a decided falling off in the attendance of the Freshman track candidates. As the first Freshman meet will be held Friday, October 18, it is absolutely essential that more men report for practice.
