TRIALS FOR CLASS DEBATING

Will be Held in Harvard 5 This Evening.-Entries Close at 6 o'clock.

The first trials for the class debating teams will be held in Harvard 5 this evening at 7.30 o'clock. Each man will be allowed to speak five minutes on either side of the question, "Resolved, That for a student of average ability, a large college such as Harvard, Yale, or Princeton, is preferable to a small college such as Beloit, Bowdoin, or Williams." Six men from each of the three upper classes will be retained for the final trials, next Thursday. Entries may be made with C. D. Hurley '12, Stoughton 12, before six o'clock this evening.
