NO WESTERN TRIP THIS YEAR

Petition of Musical Clubs Disallowed.--Concert With Princeton.

NO WRITER ATTRIBUTED

At a meeting of the Faculty on Tuesday evening, the petition of the Musical Clubs for a Western trip, planned to include many western cities such as Chicago, Detroit, Buffalo and Syracuse, was refused. There will, therefore, be no trip during the Christmas vacation similar to the ones taken during the past few years.

Permission was granted, however, to give a concert at Princeton on November 7, the evening before the Princeton game, thus affording an added attraction for both Harvard and Princeton men. Tickets may be had on application to W. Faulkner '14, Stoughton 15.

There will also be a dual concert with Yale in Jordan Hall on the evening of November 21. Tickets for this concert may be had at the Co-operative Branch, the Touraine, Tyson's, Herrick's and the box office of Jordan Hall, for $1.50 and $2.
