FRESHMEN WILL MEET AT B. A. A. FEB. 7.--OTHER TRACK EVENTS

It is at last settled that the Freshman relay team will meet the Yale freshmen in the annual race at the B. A. A. games on February 7. There had been some uncertainty as to whether Yale would send a Freshman relay team to Boston this year owing to lack of material, but all doubt was dispelled by a letter received yesterday by Manager C. G. Squibb, promising definitely that the Yale freshman team will compete. On the same night, the University 390-yard team will race Cornell, and the 780-yard team will race Yale.

Meet Saturday in Mechanics Hall.

Practically the entire track squad has been entered in the meet to be held by the newly formed Irish-American Athletic Club of Boston in Mechanics Hall Saturday night.

Penn. Relay Meet International.

The Pennsylvania Relay Carnival, scheduled for April 25, has received added interest from the fact that European contestants may figure. Oxford University has already notified the authorities that it will enter a team in the four-mile relay event. Cambridge University and Germany and Sweden also contemplate entering teams. The championship events include a one-mile, a two-mile, and a four-mile event.
