Phi Beta Kappa Society to Hold Meeting In Union December 4.

The Phi Beta Kappa Society will give a reception and dinner to the 30 men recently elected to membership from the Junior and Senior classes on Friday evening, December 4, this day being the anniversary of the founding of the Harvard chapter of the fraternity.

The initiation and business meeting will be held in the Thophy Room of the Union at 6.30 o'clock, at which President Lowell will present the keys to the new members and C. H. Smith '15 will read an historical sketch of the local chapter. Dinner will be served in the Living Room of the Union immediately after the close of the initiation.

Over 150 men are expected to be present, among whom will be many distinguished graduates and representatives of other chapters of Phi Beta Kappa. All members of the Society in the University, enrolled as either officers or students, are cordially invited to be present.
