Mr. F. W. Davis, a fellow of the National Geographic Society, will give an illustrated lecture on the Panama Canal in the Living Room of the Union this evening at 8 o'clock. Mr. Davis has but recently returned from Panama where he has made a close study of the work on the canal and existing conditions in the canal zone. As an employee of the government he has had ample opportunity for minute investigations.
