CRIMSON BANNER ON TRIAL

STEPS IN LEGISLATION TO GAIN RIGHT TO CARRY CRIMSON BANNER.

NO WRITER ATTRIBUTED

The first steps in the "Red Flag" legislation as to whether the crimson banner will be allowed to be carried in parades will be made this morning when the case will be heard at the State House, room 249, at 10.30. Professor Beale of the Law School, who has done a great deal to help bring the matter to a hearing, will be there, but will not enter into the discussion unless called upon.

During the past football season a white flag with a red "H" was sustituted for the regular crimson banner, but by this spring it is hoped that the old banner will be brought out again.

All undergraduates are asked to attend the hearing.
