The names of those members of the University Chapel Choir and the Radcliffe Choral Society who are to take part in the production of Gilbert and Sullivan's opera, "Iolanthe," this winter have been announced. The soloists from both organizations have been already picked together with a chorus of men from the choir. The girls of the chorus have not yet been selected at Radcliffe, but they will be named in the near future.
The three performances of "Iolanthe" will be held at Agassiz House at Radcliffe on December 6 and 7, Friday evening, Saturday afternoon, and Saturday evening. The sale of tickets for these three performances will be announced later. The receipts gained from the production of the opera will be used for the Radcliffe Choral Society Scholarship Fund.
The entire direction and production of the opera is in the hands of Dr. A. T. Davison '06. He has selected the following cast: Men's Chorus: F. V. B. Demarest '19, E. C. Gallup '20, F. S. Jewell 1 G. B., L. R. Larrabee '19, J. L. Lautner '21, G. N. Nukee '18, W. M. Silverman '18, W. S. Taylor 1 G, B. Ulin '20.
