SENIORS HAVE BALANCE OF $794

GROSS REPORTS STUDENT COUNCIL ASSESSMENT OF $25 ONLY OUTLAY OF 1917-18.

NO WRITER ATTRIBUTED

R. E. Gross, secretary-treasurer of 1919 for the year 1917-18, has made a financial report of the Senior Class. The cash balance on hand is $793.88, a sum only twenty-five dollars less than the receipts for the year. This small expenditure was for the Student Council assessment and was the only expense of the class during the entire year. The absence of the other payments which are usually made for smokers and entertainments is due to the uncertain conditions affecting the members of the class during the war.

The official report of the secretary-treasurer for the year 1917-18 is as follows:   RECEIPTS. Balance Nov. 30, 1917,  $800.36 Interest,  18.52   --   818.88   EXPENDITURES. Assessment to Student Council,  $25.00   -- Total Expenditures,  25.00 Balance Jan. 31, 1919,  793.88   --   $818.88
