In an uphill contest yesterday on Divinity Field the University tennis players defeated Columbia's unbeaten team by the score of four matches to two, there by winning their fourth consecutive victory. After F. C. Hanighen '21 and G. W. Helm '20 had lost their opening singles matches they won the deciding doubles in three sets of exciting play. The driving ground strokes of Captain H. W. Forster of Columbia and the clean net-game of C. H. Hyams, 3d, '21 featured the match. In the deciding doubles, Helm's consistent playing at the net was responsible for many points.
