The annual competition for manager and assistant manager of the Freshman crew will commence on Monday, February 9. All candidates are expected to report on that date at 7 P. M. in Randolph 32, where plans for the competition will be outlined.
Crew is the only Freshman sport in which both the manager and assistant manager receive their numerals. No previous experience is necessary, the work consisting of aiding the managers of the University crew in making up the daily rowing schedules, in addition to work during the afternoon at the boathouses. The length of the competition will be approximately 12 weeks, ending about May 10.
