HARVARD CLUB TO HONOR CRIMSON FOOTBALL TEAM

To Give Banquet on Friday for Players and Coaches--Many Guests Invited--Reception in Evening Open to All Graduates of University

In honor of the University football team and coaches, the Harvard Club of Boston will give a banquet this Friday evening. To this dinner the President and Fellows of Harvard College, the Board of Overseers, the Directors of the Alumni Association, the second football team, former members of University teams, members of the Varsity Club, and others closely associated with football at the University have been invited. The dinner will be held at 7 o'clock in Harvard Hall at the Club.

Following the dinner a reception will be held in Harvard Hall, open to all the graduates of the University. Dean L. B. R. Briggs '75 will preside at the reception which is scheduled to start at 9 o'clock. At the dinner and at the reception to follow Coach R. T. Fisher '12 and Coach W. H. Trumbull '15 will speak for the coaching staff, and Major F. W. Moore '93 will represent the H. A. A. Among other speakers will be R. K. Kane '22, captain of this year's team, and C. C. Buell '23, captain of next year's team. The Governors of the Harvard Club have arranged in their plans for entertainment to have the entire University Band present in uniform to play football songs. The band will be guests of the club on this occasion.
