Tomorrow evening at 7.15 in the Trophy Room of the Union the Artillery Club of the University R. O. T. C. Unit will hold its second smoker of the year. Lieutenant G. L. G. Envin 1s.L. and Captain W. J. R. Taylor '17 will be the chief speakers. All members of the military science courses are invited.

Lieutenant Envin was a first lieutenant in the French army, was badly wounded at Beausejour and lost his eye-sight. Since then, however, he has gone on with his studies and has won the degrees of licencie-en-lettres and licencie-en-droit. He is at present the holder of the fellowship annually awarded to a young Frenchman in memory of Victor E. Chapman '13, who was killed in action while flying over Verdun.

During the war Captain Taylor served in the Air Service of the United States Army, receiving the Distinguished Service Cross for repeated acts of gallantry under fire.
