Date Book for Smith Common Room

In accordance with the instructions of the Regent all applications for the use of Smith Halls Common Room will be filed hereafter with Mr. P. P. Cram '15, the Head Proctor of Smith Halls, in Persis Smith A 13. These applications should state the date of the meeting, the hour, and the approximate length of time the room will be in use, and should indicate the name of a committee or individual who will be responsible for good order, and for the repair of damage to the furniture. A blue book on file in the Smith Hall Janitor's room may be consulted for a list of the applications approved. This list is not intended to supersede the CRIMSON engagement book.
