A petition to hold the Commencement Day Exercises on June 22 in the Stadium instead of in Sanders Theatre as usual, is being circulated among the Seniors in the Yard. If a sufficient number of names is obtained, the petition will be taken before the College authorities in the latter part of the week.

The petition reads as follows:

"Whereas, the facilities of Sanders Theatre for holding the Commencement Day Exercises have long proved inadequate, so that at present each Senior receives for his guests only approximately one-quarter of one seat, and

Whereas, if the exercises are held in the Stadium, there will be ample room for all friends who desire to attend, and

Whereas, the Commencement Day Exercises of the Class of 1916 were held in the Stadium with great success.

We, the undersigned, members of the Class of 1922, respectfully petition the College Authorities to hold the Commencement Day Exercises of June 22, 1922, in the Stadium".
