Rotunda Demolition Plans Progress

The proposed demolition of the rotunda in Harvard Square drew one stop nearer realization, it was announced recently, when the proposal was heard by the State Legislature Committee on Ways and Means.

According to a statement issued recently to the CRIMSON by Mr. R. C. Grovestein, vice-president of the Harvard Square Business Men's Association, the proposal, which involves the expenditure of not more than $30,000, met no objections in the hearing and is expected to be reported favorably.
