Outplayed and outlasted, the Freshman hockey team went down to a 3 to 1 defeat at the hands of the Dartmouth first-year six on the Arena ice last Saturday afternoon.

After a scoreless opening period, Richards, the Green's left Wing, took a pass from Gulden and his team's first tally. Harding, Crimson center, opened the last period with a tying shot, but his work was erased when, in the closing moments of the game, Guilfroy, unassisted, twice more slipped the puck past Trask, the Crimson guardian.

In their final game of the season prior to the contest with Yale next Saturday, the first year men will face the strong St. Paul's sextet at Concord, N. H., tomorrow. This trip, taken annually on the holiday, will provide the Freshmen with excellent opposition and seasoning for the schedule's climax. St. Paul's is represented, as usual by a hockey team out of the school boy class and one which has numerous freshman sextets to its credit. HARVARD 1930  DARTMOUTH 1930 Lakin, Gray, Fuller l.w.  r.w.
