OWEN BELIVES AERIAL GAME ONLY BAR TO CRIMSON HOPES

NO WRITER ATTRIBUTED

George Owen Jr. '23, who in his three years of football at Harvard was a constant threat to opposing teams, commenting yesterday to the CRIMSON on today's game, said!

"Dartmouth football teams have always relied on outscoring their opponents, working on a strong offensive game and being content with a moderately close defense.

"Harvard's problem will be to stabilize its offensive game and to match its defense against the Dartmouth aerial attack. The Green will attempt to run the ball but if the Harvard line holds it will resort to the passing game. In order for the Crimson to win it will have to show a vast improvement over the showing which if made against the Army tosses last Saturday."

"Harvard's problem this year will be to find a barrier for this phase of the game, since every team that will invade the Stadium this fall is one which is relying on the proficiency on its passing attack."
