CLASS CHAMPIONS SEEK LAURELS AT NEW HAVEN

UNIVERSITY SECONDS TRIM TUFTS RIVALS, 13 TO 6

Sixteen Sophomores, class football champions of the University, will meet the Yale champion class team this afternoon at 2 o'clock in New Haven. The 1932 eleven, led by Beekman Pool '32, captain, won the right to represent Harvard against the Bulldogs by coming out on top in the recent class series, in which they played representatives of the Junior and Senior classes.

The men who go to New Haven are A. H. Parker '32, Howard Ulfelder '32. R. A. Dunn '32, W. W. Mein '32, J. M. Bleakie '32, T. E. Covel '32, C. H. Parker '32, A. J. Bates '32, W. F. Croskery '32, C. W. Wickersham '32, T. L. Archibald '32, W. E. Hutchins '32, T. J. McKay '32, Beekman Pool '32, Frank Watt II, '32, and D. R. Weir '32.

Should the 1932 players defeat Yale, they will be awarded medals, having already won their numerals by virtue of winning the class championship.

University Seconds Win Yesterday

The University Seconds downed the Tufts Seconds yesterday, 13 to 6, J. F. Schereschewsky '32 scoring both of the winners' touchdowns. Both Tufts and Harvard scored first in the second period. White carrying the ball 60 yards for the visitors score. The University Seconds made their second touchdown in the second quarter.

Harvard threatened to score again in the fourth quarter, when Reginald Fincke, Jr. '32, ran back a punt 75 yards, only to be downed on the Tufts 15-yard line.

The Second University team lineup was as follows: i.e., Briggs; l.t., Trafford; l.g., Movius; c., Warner; r.g., Brooks; r.t., Johnson; r.e., Foshay; q.b., Fincke; l.h.b., Brinkley; r.h.b., Schereschewsky; f.b., Parks.
