For those to whom financial transactions on any but a large scale are apt to prove irksome, the present system of "pay as you enter" at the University Squash Courts is not entirely satisfactory.

Considerable haggling might be avoided by dispensing courts on a system of coupons comparable to that with which the H. A. A. News is distributed at the Stadium. This would prove of great assistance to the prospective athlete who arrives five minutes before the hour with a nickel and four pennies, as well as to the opposite type of individual who never has anything smaller than a five-dollar bill.

A discount could perhaps be given for buying such coupons issued in booklet form, and the plan would also be advantageous to the H. A. A. in handling funds. To the conscientious student who, at the beginning of the season promises himself to play squash at least three times a week, such a system would be of great convenience, as well as an added bulwark against the temptation to break the pledge, that comes with December hours, theses, and too much Vagabonding.
