FRESHMAN TENNIS TEAM OPPOSES SECONDS TODAY

This afternoon at 2 o'clock the 1933 tennis team will open its season with a match against the second team, to be played on the courts at Divinity Field.

The Freshman team has not yet had a chance to show its strength, but is expected to be well balanced, without any exceptional individual players To determine the ranking, a series of test matches has been held, before which there was indoor practice in the Freshman Gymnasium.

Although a definite lineup has not yet been chosen, the 1933 team will be picked from the following: W. R. Arensberg '33, J. M. Barnaby '33, R. F. Krans '33, R. S. Francis '33, Richard Inglis '33, J. D. Rev. '33, G. P. Webber '33, and H. R. Woodard '33.

The second team will be as follows; number one, C. S. Greene '31; number two, L. B. Gilman '31; number three. C. E. Pickhardt Jr. '31; number four. A. H. Rice Jr. '31; number fire. Mark Woodbury Jr. '33; number six. C. Y. Wadsworth Jr. '32, J. M. M. Warburg '30 and F. O. Canfield '32 may also play.
