In a game replete with loose plays, the Sophomore baseball team overcame the Senior nine by a 12 to 11 margin yesterday in the deciding contest of the class baseball series. The 1933 players will travel to New Haven on Saturday to take on the Yale class champions.

Both teams hit and scored freely throughout the game, the winners finally eking out a one-run final margin in the eighth stanza. A triple by Captain Stuart Scott, Jr. '33 was a deciding factor in his team's victory.

The score by innings: 1  2  3  4  5  6  7  8  9 Sophomores  3  0  4  0  2  0  2  1  0  12 Seniors  0  0  3  3  0  2  3  0  0  11
