VILLEY TO LECTURE IN FRENCH ON MONTAIGNE

French Scholar Will Speak in Emerson D at 4.30 O'Clock Today--Open to All Members of University

Professor Pierre Villey, of the University of Caen, France, will give a lecture in French on "Montaigne and His Influence", at 4.30 o'clock this afternoon in Emerson D.C

The subject on which Professor Villey will speak is one that he is thoroughly well versed and with respect to which the scholarly world regards him as one of the greatest experts. In spite of the fact that Professor Villey is a blind man, this physical drawback has not hindered him from carrying on the work of erudition which has brought him great fame in the world of scholars.

This lecture is given under the suspires of the Department of Romance Languages and Literatures of Romance Harvard University. It is open to all members of the University.
