Selections to Be Read on December 14th Not Yet Chosen

Countinuing his custom of giving a Christmas, reading each year for Freshmen, Charles Townsend Copeland '82, Boylston Professor of Rhetoric and Oratory, Emeritus, will deliver well-know selections on Friday, December 14, in the Union.

The names of the selections have not been announced, but in the past "Copey," has read from Stephen Leacock, Rudyard Kipling, the Bible, and other sources. Until 1932, when his health forced his withdrawal, Professor Copeland live in Hollis Hall in the yard, and he still maintains a great interest in the undergraduates.
