To the Editor of the CRIMSON:
Once more the CRIMSON scoops the field! Although it was not emphasized in any yellow-press, sensational style, the news contained in this (Monday) morning's CRIMSON is indeed startling. I refer, of course, to the notice concerning "brother Kelton" in the Playgoer's column on page four. Considering how feminine a young lady Pert Kelton was only a picture or two ago, I find it quite remarkable that "he" can now fit a gangster part perfectly, crack a crib with "his" underlings, etc.
The CRIMSON might suggest to the authors of Harvard's renowned sex questionnaire that in this surprising Hollywood metamorphosis is a phenomenon worthy of their investigative talents. If--although of course this alternative is quite unthinkable--there has been some confusion, an investigation of the mental condition of the reviewer, which made such a mistake possible, might be equally interesting.
