Milton J. Rosenau, Charles Wilder Professor of Preventive Medicine and Hygiene, emeritus, engaged in research and teaching of preventive medicine at Harvard for more than a quarter of a century, was hailed as the leader of his profession in America at a dinner given in his honor last Wednesday evening by the New Century Club.
Professor Rosenau was named as one of three men responsible for the development of the science of preventive medicine to its present high peak. The author of numerous books and pamphlets on medical subjects, the University awarded him an honorary degree of Master of Arts in 1914.
