VARSITY BOXING TEAM MEETS PENNSYLVANIA

Olney, Brassil and Smith Expect Hard Battles in Facing Maksik, Cambere, And Dawson

Meeting for the first time, the Varsity will match blows with Pennsylvania this evening in the Indoor Athletic Building, in what is expected to be a close and fast boxing match. Pennsylvania has a particularly strong team this year and is out for a win.

The 155-pound bout between Peter B. Olney '37, who has been defeated only once and then on a close decision, and Maksik promises to be the best entertainment of the evening. When Cambere, captain of the Pennsylvania team faces John E. Brassil, Jr. '37, in the 145-pound class, boxing enthusiasts will sit up and take notice.

Another slashing battle will probably occur when co-captain William E. Smith '35, one of the foremost intercollegiate boxers in the 175-pound ranks, meets Dawson.
