Outplaying the Dartmouth Jayvee squad all the way the Crimson seconds turned back the Hanover outfit yesterday by a 6-0 score on a slow, muddy field.
Harvard's score came in the first minute of the second period, when Melien, crimson guard broke through to block Mattlage's kick. The ball rolled back into the end zone and win Jameson fell on it for the touchdown. Jerome's kick for the extra point was blocked.
Freshmen Oppose Andover Today
While the Varsity meets Dartmouth, the Freshmen squad opposes Andover at Andover today. The Yardlings have yet to break into the win column, while the schoolboys are undefeated. Coach Henry Lamar will start Devine, and Maguire at ends, Downing and Healey at tackles, Beiskell and Fahr at guard, Hoye at quarter, Curtis and Macdonald at halves, and Bailey at full.
