ART, formerly considered one of the most individualistic of enterprises, is being made a cooperative one by a government plan being directed by Grant Wood, famed Iowa artist, and carried out by University of Iowa NYA and WPA student workers. The three panels of the Iowa State College mural project will be II feet high and 41 feet long. Every effort is being made to have the murals historically correct in every detail.
