UNION COMMITTEE TO SPONSOR AMATEUR SHOW

Yardlings to Stage Major Bowes Skits Featuring Untried Talent; Prizes Will Be Awarded

The Freshman Union committee will sponsor an Amateur Show on Wednesday, March 16, to be held in the dining room of the Union at 8:30 o'clock. Monologues, close harmony, and all talent of any entertainment value will be welcomed. The floor will be encouraged to participate also.

First prize will be $5 and second prize$3, the winners of the contest being chosen by some celebrity to be announced later in the week. Contestants will please see Vinton Freedley, Jr., Chairman, or call him at KIRKland 8568 any evening this week after 9 o'clock. There will be an admission charge of 25c.
