Strawinsky to Lead Boston Symphony Group in Sanders

Composer Will Conduct Own Chamber Music in Free Concert

Igor Strawinsky, noted composer and Charles Eliot Norton Professor of Poetry, will conduct a group of Boston Symphony Orchestra players in a concert of his own chamber music Friday at 8:15 o'clock in Sanders Theatre.

The concert is open to the public without charge, and without tickets. The program will be: Concerto, "Dumbarton Oaks"; Octet for Wind Instruments; Concerto for two pianos, played by Mr. Strawinsky and Adele Marcus; and "Histoire d'un Soldat."
