F.D.R. Reviews Farm Policy

WASHINGTON - President Roosevelt tonight reviewed New Deal farm policies and found that though American farmers have not yet reached their goal of economic and social justice, they have, under his administration, made undisputed progress toward that end.

In a nationwide radio address Mr. Roosevelt stressed the non-political character of his farm policies. But woven through his remarks was the theme that agricultural interests have achieved more in the last seven years than they would have under a Republican administration.
