Everts High Scorer; Beebe on Sidelines

Goalies Goodie Harding, Steve O'Neil and Jim Summers feel slighted this morning. They were the only members of the Crimson hockey team who didn't have a hand in the scoring which took place in a so-called hockey game at Boston Skating Club yesterday afternoon, when the ever-improving rinkmen racked up their seventh straight win with a 13 to 2 pumineling of New Hampshire.

Preparing for the invasion of Dartmouth's Indians tomorrow night in a non League tussle, the puck-Chasers went about their task with very little ado, and didn't let up once along the way. The Harvard passing was sharper than it had been in recent contests, and Coach John Chase was pleased with what went on.

Beebe Sidelined

Marc Beebe, first string center, was troubled by an ankle ailment, so Chase juggled his lines a little. He started Freshman Billy Harding, of his regular first trio, with second-liners Al Everts and Johnny Burton, and kept rotating the boys a little the rest of the way.

Everts took top scoring honors for the day, with three goals and an equal number of assists. George "Dick" Harding, Crimson scoring leader, had to be content with a single goal and three assists.

Dick Mechem contributed his usual solo dash for a tally early in the first period, and Earl Acker cashed in on the only penalty shot the Chasemen have been awarded all fall. Other scores are detailed below.

The Harvard Summary:

W. Harding, lw; Everts, c; Burton, rw; Mechem, ld; Paine, rd; G. Harding, g. Spares: J. Apthorp, Loring, G. R. Harding, Ayres, Macmillan, W. Apthorp, Taylor, Acker, O'Neil, Summers, Elliott.
