Strong Fencing Team Takes Measure of Columbia, 18-9

NO WRITER ATTRIBUTED

Showing surprising strength in the foil and sabre divisions, the Crimson fencing team outpointed Columbia's swordsmen 18 to 9 at the Indoor Athletic Building Saturday afternoon.

Only in the epee was the Light Blue able to hold an advantage, winning 5 to 4. In foil and sabre, Coach Rene Peroy's tutees were 7 to 2 victors. Carl Kuhimann's three wins in the latter department sewed up matters.
