Any person enrolled in the University will be able to take the Red Cross Life Saving and Water Safety course, provided they are 18 years of age and hold a current junior life saving certificate.

The course, which is not a part of the Army, Navy, or civilian athletic programs, will be taught starting March 28 at the Indoor Athletic Swimming Pool from 7 to 10 o'clock on Tuesday evenings, announced the Cambridge Chapter of the American Red Cross yesterday.

Women, as well as all Army and Navy personnel, may take the course which includes the teaching of swimming, life saving, warfare aquatics, canoeing, and boating.

Purpose of the course is to help provide trained summer camp instructors and to refresh those who are already Red Cross instructors.
