The Crimson lacrosse team suffered its second defeat of the season last Saturday when Exeter topped it, 13-3. The game, which was played at Exeter, was tied at the half. In a previously played contest, M. I. T. graduates conquered the lacrosse men, 4-2.

Coach Be Martin's charges held the Exeter squad to three tallies in the first half of last Saturday's game. But the Exeter men went on to win with a ten point rally. The Crimson goals were registered by Peabody and Reed.

Lacking poise and experience, the Lacrosse team has been unable to hold on to their early leads in the previous games. However, regular practice sessions have been held and Coach Martin declared that the team has shown marked improvement.

Trying for their first win, the squad journeys to Tufts tomorrow to play their third game of the year. The starting lineup will be Cunningham. g.; Peabody. ep.; Garrity, p.; Reynolds, 1d.; Davis, 2d.; Scheft. la.; Rogers, 2a.; Lane, ih.; Kesgan, oh.
