The first of a series of art and photo exhibits opened in the Winthrop House Common room last Saturday and will continue during this week. Although the current exhibition shows only the work of Winthrop residents, the future showings will represent the talents of other house members, commuters, Yardlings and Graduate School students.
A board of judges consisting of professors Pope, Conant, Deknatel and Dr. Carpenter will view the exhibits and the best paintings and photographs from each group will be displayed in the Fogg Museum at the end of the competition. The Dunster House competition will begin on October 19.
