Sophomores may obtain partial refunds on all athletic participation tickets issued before the compulsory athletic regulation for second-year men was lifted last October 2, it was announced yesterday. At the same time, the office of the Counsellor for Veterans issued a statement that the Veterans Administration ill not pay for the participation of locker fee charged to Sophomores on the current term bills.
To be credited for the rebate, participation tickets must be turned in to Miss Paine at the H.A.A. Office before December 10, the notice said Sophomores will be charged at the rate of $1.75 per month to the date of cancellation, plus a locker fee of 50 cents. All Sophomores who wish to continue to use the athletic ticket will be billed personally.
