'Cliffe Climber Wins Postponement of Case

The trial of Walter T. Perry '50, Cabot Hall ledge-climber, has been carried over to February 16 in the East Cambridge district court.

Perry, booked early Wednesday morning for drunkenness and disturbing the peace, pleaded not guilty to both charges and was arraigned before Judge Arthur P. Stone '93 yesterday morning.

Under Massachusetts Law the penalty for both charges is entirely discretionary with the presiding magistrate.
