Competition for the Straus inter-house athletic trophy will resume next week in basketball, swimming, and squash. Leverett House, currently leading the pack by virtue of its football victories last fall, is tied with Dunster in the basketball tourney with a record of four wins and no losses.
In the all-sport contest Kirkland and Dunster are frightening for second place, the Deacons at present holding the edge. Lowell, Eliot and Winthrop are following the top Houses in that order.
Third place in the hoop tournament is held by Kirkland with a two and one slate, while Dudley is in the fourth position with a 500 average.
Under the direction of Adolph Samborski '26, play will be resumed in basketball and squash, and the swimming league will add its scores to the grand total of each House.
