Winthrop House initiates a College wide slate of elections to the Students Council today when its members cast their ballots for the first House delegate in Council history. Voting will take place in the dining hall at both the noon and evening meal.

The remaining six Houses will vote for their respective representatives tomorrow using the same elevation procedure, while Dudley hall balloting, due to its special commuters' problem, will take place at noon meals both days.
