All Radcliffe and Harvard history majors have received invitations to installation exercises honoring Miss Helen Maud Cam, Harvard's first woman professor. Friday afternoon in Agassiz Theater. Miss Cam holds the Samuel Zemurray Jr. and Doris Zemurray Stone Chair in History.
Invitations also went to the heads of Annex undergraduate organizations. Other students who wish to attend may do so, as long as tickets are available. They should apply to Mrs. LeBoutillier, Secretary of the Graduate School, Radcliffe College.
The ceremonies will be the formal installation of the new professor. Miss Cam came from Cambridge University in England, to take her post on the Harvard faculty at the start of the fall term. She will give a short address to these present at the exercises.
