Non-Residents Should Register in Own State
Non-residents of Massachusetts will have to register at home this summer if they want to vote in Cambridge next November.
Residence in a House is not sufficient qualification for a legal registration or vote in Massachusetts for out-of-state students, the University Chapter of the AVC pointed out last night.
Some states, however, have no provision for absentee balloting.
