Candidates for election to the eight-man National Student Association delegation will meet in the Student Council office at 5 p.m. today.

At this time, Alfred M. Goodloe '50, chairman of this year's delegation, will explain the workings of NSA and pass out petition forms.

The election will take place Thursday, April 14, after return from spring vacation, according to a decision by the Student Council. The Council has established a completely revised procedure for the election. Under the new plan:

1) Candidates must file a petition with at least 75 signatures to get their names on the ballot. There will be no screening process this year.

2) They will be allowed campaign expenses of no more than $10, and will have to submit all campaign ideas and posters to a Council Election Commission for approval.

3) Voters can vote for any number of men up to eight.

The delegation, which consists of five delegates and three alternates, will go to the annual NSA convention at the University of Illinois. During the regular season members work on a number of projects.
