The front window of a 1940 Buick belonging to Ralph M. Hymans '49, was broken Wednesday by garage attendants who proceeded to tow the vehicle from its parking place on Holyoke place according to police instructions. Hymans last night announced that he will sue for damages in small claims court.

The vehicle, which was parked in a private street off of Holyoke Place, has been there from noon until 4:30 p.m. at which time it was taken by employees of the Ellery Street Garage.
