Classes Vote Today for 7 Council Posts

'50 and '51 Pick 2, '52 Selects 3 in Noon and Night Voting; 40 Men Have Hats in Ring

Rusty old Council ballot boxes open for the last time this year, as the Classes of 1950, 1951, and 1952 choose their representatives to next year's Council.

The polls will be open as usual at lunch and supper.

Forty men are running in the giant field. They include 16 freshmen who have offered themselves for the three Class of 1952 posts; 15 sophomores for the two Class of 1951 posts; and nine juniors for the two Class of 1950 slots.

Despite the expected closeness of the several races, campaigning has been subdued. Measure of the tightness of the contests is the number of ex-Council members who are running: two from the sophomores and three from the juniors.

Dudley, which has gotten the customary one-day jump in balloting, will complete its operations at noon today.
