The University is taking two steps which, when observed together, give it the appearance of having an acute case of pigeon toes. On the one foot, it is expending a large sum of money for a plaque commemorating our dead veterans of World War II; on the other, it is contemplating saving money by literally taking the roofs from over the heads of our living veterans.
