Robert L. Fischelis '49, president of last year's Student Council, will direct an international conference on student government in Frankfort, Germany, from July 17 to August 10.

Twenty-five students from the United States, Canada, and 12 European nations will participate, the six American delegates representing approximately one million college students. The conference is sponsored by the United States National Student Association and is supported by a grant to the World Student Service Fund from the Rockefeller Foundation.

The program will include reports on self-help and self-government in the various countries represented. Specific aspects of the problems facing German students will be discussed.
